Weeki Wachee Business Park
Advent Equity Group is currently in the permitting phase of its next project, tentatively named the, “Weeki Wachee Business Park” located in Weeki Wachee, FL.
The parcel size is almost 6 acres and is planned to be developed in four phases. Phase 1 will consist of an 11,700 square foot flex space building containing six 1,950 square foot flex space units. This is planned to be the first of four total buildings on the parcel. Stay tuned for more details and updates!
